“I’ve been working with Dr. Ben and the Rehab 2 Perform team for about 3 months now after tearing my Achilles tendon and having surgery. I can’t say enough great things about this facility: from the equipment, to the logistical experience (scheduling, billing, insurance, etc), to the amazing staff. Lindsay and Amber at the front desk are great to work with, especially with explaining insurance benefits and process, they’re also super friendly and it’s great seeing them every time. Physical therapy with Dr. Ben has been everything I could have asked for and then some. Throughout the process he’s clearly communicated the goals and milestones I should aim for and his gradual process has given me the confidence to push myself and recover more effectively than I expected. The atmosphere of the facility is awesome as well, everyone’s friendly and it feels like a community. Because the processes are so thorough and calculated, all trainers are in the loop on your progress so if you have to schedule with someone else, it’s like they’ve been working with you the whole time. I’ve had a few sessions with Dr. Joe and he’s great as well: his energy and enthusiasm makes the sessions fun and challenging. Recovering from a major injury is intimidating, but Dr. Ben and Dr. Joe have made the process feel attainable and safe while challenging at the same time. While this place has an emphasis on sports recovery and you’ll be sharing the space with some legit athletes, it’s a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Can’t recommend this place enough!“

“I have used Active Body Physical Therapy for several physical issues over the past few years — hip and shoulder replacements etc. I’ve have had an opportunity to be treated by each of the three therapists and I have found all of them to be careful, knowledgeable and caring in the work they do. I also like that after doing scheduled warmup/rehab exercises each visit (often under the watchful eye of an intern), there is a one-on-one session during which the therapist focuses on needed rehab/treatment items and needed follow-up exercises/rehab work. In short, I have gotten more individual attention at ABPT than I did previously at other PT providers, which really helped to facilitate the rehab process.“

The therapists are thorough and really know what they're doing. At the end of my session, I feel that I've had a good workout and have challenged myself to do more. I couldn't get up off the couch without being in pain or bend my left knee very long due to pain but I can do both now with no pain. And that's all from him working on my lower back.
