I had a very bad experience with a very uneven and Awful haircut. I should wait at least a year to fix my hair. I don’t recommend this salon to anyone.

I got my nails and hair done and will never come back.
The price of the spa pedicure and spa manicure with gel polish was nearly double than what it says on the website! The hand and foot “massage”, if you can even call it that, was subpar. She used a metal grater on my feet for a very short time and barely scrubbed with a pumice stone. When I got home and took off my shoes, my callouses were not much smoother than when I came in.
My hair appointment wasn’t any better. They advertise that they give you a massage on your scalp, hands, and arms but that never happened. During my consultation we both agreed that the front angles shouldn’t start at chin level but that’s exactly where they were.
When I made the appointment I advised that it’s my first time for the 25% off discount for one service. I checked out thinking they applied the discount. I looked at my receipt when I got home, no discount at all. They also never offered me a drink.
Overpriced and poor service.

Went in for a scalp treatment after the lady recommended me a shampoo and conditioner. Tried it about 4 times it dried my scalp really bad. Went back so she can check it, I clearly said it was the shampoo. She said it's not to keep using it. I went back thinking they were gonna refund my money because obviously it wasn't working and it was expensive.That just shows you they only care about selling. Won't ever be coming back here.

The salon is really nice. Jeanie was amazing at cutting my thick, curly mop into a cute angled bob. She did EXACTLY what I wanted and it looks amazing, will be back ?Edit: I have been coming here for a couple years now and always have a good haircut. Ting and Jeanie are both great.

This was the worst salon experience I have ever had. I had to ask the stylist to stop mid blowout because she was drying my hair out so badly. I have curly hair but for an $83 cut I would expect the stylist to know how to do a blowout without having to flat iron my entire head. The cut was fine but not worth the price, I've had much better results at walk in salons for $30-$40.

The first photo is of when I was sitting in the lobby with some defined waves and curls and my bangs set the way I like them. The second photo is immediately when I get home 5 minutes after the haircut with my hair being a frizzy mess and my bangs dried completely wrong and my hair looks like a triangle. I went to get a haircut here and had high hopes since it was more than I I usually spend on a haircut (I usually spend $45, the haircut here was $60) The haircut itself was okay and I am happy with the layers that they did in my hair, but they did not listen to me at all when I talked about how I dried my bangs or styled my hair. I specifically told them how I blowdry my bangs so that they do not curl in and despite telling the stylist this she did them in the way I said not to and they look worse than when I came in. Also in regards to style I came in with defined curls and said that I usually air dry my hair and when she started styling with a diffuser I specifically said it usually makes my hair frizzy. She used mousse when it was wet but did not try to help any curls form by finger curling (she just scrunched it) and she finally used some curl activator spray after I mentioned wetting my hair again but my hair was already mostly dry by then and it just mademy hair look and feel greasy.Overall very disappointed and upset at the waste of money.Service: Hair styling
