“I have used Cardinal Cleaners since 2001 -- across several transfers into and out of the area. Their service in terms of cleaning etc is pretty par for the course; at least hundreds of not thousands of suits, dresses, shirts, ties, etc cleaned -- in all that time, only one issue. Whenever I have had an emergency, and I have been polite and maybe even a little desperate, they have helped me. Just this week, in town for business, had suitpants destroyed and needed a new pair hemmed in a morning for meetings that afternoon. I politely explained, and the gentleman called his wife over and they said yes, they would have to charge an expedite fee, but they could do it. I read some of these reviews, and yes, there are some language barriers -- patiently working through them works. They are business people working 6 days a week, 12 hours a day, often very very hot in that store. And they have always done right by me - so five stars.”
