I absolutely love this florist! Their wreaths are beautiful and clearly made with great care and creativity. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure you find exactly what you need. They’re very patient and will take the time to work with you to choose the perfect gift, no matter the occasion. I also really appreciate that they’re willing to special order plants, which makes them stand out even more. I truly can’t say enough nice things about this place—highly recommend! 🌸

Sent the wrong arrangement, which frustrated my husband who ordered them for me. What frustrated me was the fact that they looked like low quality flowers, which is why they probably offered to make the arrangement from silk flowers at first. Today I took apart the arrangement ( to preserve them) only to find damaged flowers taped with wire since they were broken at the bloom (top of the stem) and greenery infested with pests and eggs. Thank god the ceramic pumpkin is cute, but not worth the $70. Absolutely disappointed. Please just go to Walmart for an arrangement, it’s the same quality.

Was delivered a half assed arrangement for $70. Doesn’t match the picture on the website, under filled vase infested with pests and broken flowers taped and wired together. What an embarrassment, coming from someone raised in the floral business. Please go anywhere else. What a disappointment. Review isn’t allowing me to share photos or I would!

Contacted Monte's flower shop to order a vase bouquet. Wanted something besides roses and was assured that an arrangement would be designed that would be attractive a to my liking. Once the bouquet arrive there were 3 lillies a couple of purple bell flowers and a carnation...A carnation... I called the shop and spoke with the owner who stated that for the $70+ dollars I spent, these flowers were worth the price due to their market value. She then stated she could give me a 20% discount which I declined to take. I then said have a great day and she hung up before I could. Folks... there are better shops in the area that will give you what you pay for..Monte's is not one of them.. spend your money elsewhere.. I do not recommend them..
