Had a fall, cut my chin which we could tell would require stitches. Emergency room ,after a very brief wait with a very efficient nurse, the doctor came in and assessed the engenry and decided sixl., htitches would take care of the wound. The procedure was almost painless. He did a very good job and in six days the stitches were removed and right away there is almost no scar. I believe he was a Dr. Smith who was personable and confident . Had a very supportive nurse during the procedure .
Everyone was very professional and kind. The ED department treated me with respect and were very sweet which eased my mind
The receptionist at check in was very nice. The nurses were ontop of everything and did everything with a very caring attitude. Dr Smith was amazing and I have not one thing negative to say about my experience. I was scared and worried when I went in and came out assured and relieved. Thank you all!
Doctor and nurses , etc... we're attentive to my needs. Didn't have to wait a long time for results. Everyone was very nice. Pain meds. And other meds that I needed. Gave instructions, Prescription and sent me home. Housekeeping was on their job. Clean room. Saw Mrs. Walker on it.
