They actually answered the phone! Big deal around here for a well company! They got a technician out ASAP. Was polite and professional. Absolutely fair with pricing and labor cost. Did an excellent job, 100% excellent experience. Thank you.

Called Foster after bad service from Wilson. Wilson had come out and said my filter was dirty and was the problem. Wilson never went to the well to check how many amps the pump was pulling. Foster answered my phone call on a Saturday evening and came out early on Sunday morning. GREAT SERVICE. They saw the non-functional pump was trying to pull 24 amps instead of 8. They replaced it with a top of the line Franklin 7JR07S4-2W230 3/4 horsepower pump. It appears to be very expensive, but probably get what you pay for for a cheaper pump. For reference we had Foster do the exact same job, replace same rated pump on a Sunday for $980 in 2015. Cost on 5 May 2024 was... read full review
