The doctors, including Dr. Singh, are thorough, knowledgeable, and take a personal interest in their patients' well-being. They take various insurance companies and provide efficient service, even for out-of-town patients. Patients appreciate the professional and caring attitude of the staff, which helps them feel better quickly. Overall, Urgent Medical Care is a highly recommended facility for urgent medical needs.
Great experience at this facility. My wife and I walked in and got a great service from the staff and the doctor. The place was super clean, little wait, friendly staff, and most importantly it doesn't break the bank. My wife started to feel better quickly. Can't thank you enough. Highly recommend!
I've been seeing Dr Singh what seems like forever. Over 20 years! He takes you as a regular patient, not just an Urgent Care. He's thorough, knows his patients, and takes care of my needs. He knows what I've had over the years, and asks how I'm doing personally too. I highly recommend him!I see some questionable 1* reviews. Yes, everyone has an off day, but some can't be from his office. Especially the one saying they don't take any insurance. They take many insurance companies!
I guess everyone has a different experience. I would just like to say that mine was very positive. I am from PA and was visiting my son. I tested positive for COVID. I was feeling very ill. I chose to go here because it was close to my son's house. The staff was efficient and followed COVID protocol. I could only go in the office after they called me on my cell phone. Dr. Singh was very friendly and professional. He explained everything that I was experiencing and then was able to provide medication to help me. Being ill and out of town is difficult. I was happy to have found this facility.
