I left this appointment feeling disappointed. The visit felt very rushed, and Dr. Aryal didn’t take the time to explain what was wrong. She checked my daughter’s eyes and ears, prescribed an eye ointment (she didn’t even confirm what she had but I assumed it was pink eye) and the appointment was over.
I understand doctors have busy schedules, but as a worried parent, I expected better communication and to leave feeling informed. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. I’m pretty sure It was her last appointment of the day, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for rushed care.

09 May, i went to urgent care, attending physician Dr Adam's provided a document advising he would submit a referral for physical therapy. After numerous calls, there is still no referral entered. I was told to contact my PCM to have them submit the referral. I was not seen by PCM so why should he need to do someone else's work.

Love the pediatrics team here! NP Kang is the best, I love when my children get to see her. I always feel like she validates me as a parent and listens to my concerns and her nurse is amazing too, she always remembers my kids names!
