Love the pediatrics team here! NP Kang is the best, I love when my children get to see her. I always feel like she validates me as a parent and listens to my concerns and her nurse is amazing too, she always remembers my kids names!
been going here for awhile and recently moved our PCM's elsewhere. pharmacy usually has a long wait but has gotten better and isnt too bad. the customer service is pretty weak and actually become worse over the years. it seems like the PCM's dont listen at all too you so we left, our health has been much better off for it
You can request a Change of PCM through the tricare website and they give you options. There are a few in the area besides Dumfries. My first visit with my new PCM was 45 minutes. Today, I came into the Dumfries clinic for my appointment as usual. However, it also marked the one-year anniversary of my son’s passing, so I wasn’t feeling my best.
As I was heading to the elevator after my appointment, the doors opened and I was greeted by a cheerful voice saying, “Going down, let’s ride!” followed by laughter. The lady in the elevator was an employee, and as I glanced at her badge, I believe it read Susie White (forgive me if I have the name wrong—she introduced herself as Susie).
