Rich is beyond amazing. He has serviced the AC on my house multiple times and replaced the main unit. My water heater ruptured the other day, and he guided me over text on what to do because he was on another job. By that afternoon I had a new one installed. Then ON TOP of that, he donated his time and supplies to assess and fix the basement heating in our church. Not a lot of good left in the world. Rich is definitely one of the good ones.
Rich came out to our house a couple weeks ago to repair a PTAC unit in our converted garage apartment/in-law suite that had an issue. He quickly assessed the issue and had us back up and running in no time. I will be calling him in the future for all of our HVAC needs.
