This was my first visit to Next Care. The receptionist was professional & courteous. My wait time was short. My tests were performed & I received a diagnosis quickly. The nurse practitioner that treated me gave a diagnosis & prescribed medications however she didn’t seem to offer advice on continued symptoms, duration or even ask if I had any further questions. I was under the impression that I was free to leave, I hadn’t been told to remain in the room or anything, so I left. After leaving I realized that I hadn’t received any paperwork stating my diagnosis & aftercare instructions so I had to return to the facility & ask the receptionist to... read full review
