My home warranty sent out this company when my AC system went out. Worst experience ever! Kwadgo (spelling?) came out, spent 5 minutes looking at my system, replaced the capacitor and left. He did not check voltages, coolant level, pressures, nothing! This did not solve the issue - no surprise! When I called him back, he claimed the condenser coil needed to be cleaned and that “maintenance isn’t covered”. This was factually incorrect, as I had the coil cleaned not even two months prior. I am here to tell you all to not deal with this company they are very dishonest he will lie to you and ignore your calls after the bad job is completed. He is a contractor For choice home warranty. We made a claim and they sent him pretty much had us pay 3600 for the job and choice paid 1700. This is for a new system and the coil was damaged we told him before he installed it but he installed a system that was damaged then told us to call choice. Choice lied to us as well and gave us the runaround. Please if you have to use this company be ready for a lot of games and lies.

The technician was quick to respond to a home warranty HVAC check. He was extremely confrontational on the phone with me and my tenant. Argues with me on the phone as well. Hugely inappropriate
