I took my 3 year old daughter to try their ballet/ tap class and she was very excited to do the class. We got there and she was very happy to try the class. She went into the studio with the other kids and was super excited but then suddenly, other girls started to cry for their parents and that made my little one started to cry too. I asked the teacher if I could sit inside so she would feel safer and the teacher Sandra said no. Then I asked the reception desk if another class was available so I could try if the instructor allowed me inside and they asked around and they all said no because the other kids would be distracted. I love this studio and it's an awesome place to be. I go to this dance studio and I am on the competition team, I always have an awesome time everyday I go here. They have lots of things to offer such as recreational dance classes, competition team, birthday parties and more. I can assure you you'll have an amazing time if you go here and I highly suggest this place if you're looking for a good way to start your child's dance journey!
The lady in the reception is very rude. I wanted to enroll my daughter online but before I do I had some questions and went there in person. First thing she didn't greet us we waited until she acknowledged our presence and then when I told her what I need she said go online it's on our website was her answer I told her I had questions she rushed me out telling me she is busy and to go check it out online. Clearly she didn't want us there. We left with a feeling we didn't belong there. My daughter was so disappointed as she wanted to join but unfortunately we were not welcomed!
