The decor is just fantastic, with a charming blend of modern and cozy elements that create a relaxing environment. Every detail, from the soothing colors on the walls to the carefully chosen decor pieces, contributes to a serene vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy the experience. During my visit, I had the pleasure of receiving services from two talented professionals. Deepti is fantastic at eyebrow threading; she took the time to understand what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Her attention to detail and skill made me feel confident in her abilities. I left with perfectly shaped brows that enhanced my features beautifully. Additionally, Heena did a fantastic job on my facial. She was incredibly thorough and assessed my skin type and condition before beginning the treatment. Her personalized approach was refreshing, as she offered great advice on products and routines that would benefit my skin. Throughout the facial, I could tell that she was very meticulous, ensuring every step was done with care. The result was not only a glowing complexion but also a feeling of relaxation that lingered long after I left. Overall, my experience at this beauty spot was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, skilled professionals, and thoughtful service makes it a standout choice for anyone looking for quality beauty treatments. “I absolutely love my stylist. she listens to what I want and does great haircut (what I am after). I do not come often but try to keep her happy with a $25 tip. Now about that. There is a new #service# kinda the salon is trying to provide - the girl (what she is there for I do not know) washes your hair before the haircut. Nothing special at all. However, at the reception desk I had a far too long conversation about the tip for that girl.... at the reception desk - Do you want to leave a tip for the girl who washed your hair? - No. - Maybe, you could split the tip for the stylist? - No. I felt uncomfortable, if I say "no" , at my 50s, I have made my decision and do not want to pay for the hair washing (was nothing special, mediocre). If I was really impressed - that could be in case of very good scalp massage, very pleasant, good fragrant products (natural and if I was explained what exactly these products are and how they are natural and good for my hair), in calm and nice environment (which Salon Khouri is not, it is crowded and noisy), then I might pay a bit more. But asking for the tip for the below mediocre service of washing my hair (which is always just part of the whole process), that is something new. 4 stars just for the stylist that I go to. If she moves somewhere I will move with her. The salon is noisy, you do not feel relaxed or welcome. The chairs and especially the bench in the waiting area are not comfortable.“

“I went to European Wax Center for my first ever Brazilian Wax and left very unhappy. It was rough, super painful, and I had bumps for days after. I was searching for somewhere else that wasn’t a big chain, and ended up booking with Nelly.

She’s amazing - I felt SO comfortable with her, she’s sweet and cares so much about ensuring she does a pristine job. And by pristine, I mean she used her sugar wax on me and then tweezed any small tiny hairs so future growth would be even and have the same growth directions. I left literally bald down there!!! (Which is, of course, what I wanted).

Additionally, her technique is so perfected that it was hardly painful. Truthfully. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to wax, but also how well she did it. We conversed the entire time and laughed and joked.

She also threaded my eyebrows and was the FIRST person to ever look at my eyebrows and determine what needed to be done so we can get them more like twins, not sisters (LOL). My eyebrows look soooo good and will look better the next time I go, since she’s fixing the damage caused by other people who have done my eyebrows prior.

All in all, I am unbelievably happy that I found her and truly appreciate the care she has towards her clients. I very strongly recommend going to Nelly - you will feel so cared for and leave feeling beautiful!“
