I am giving 4 star for the lady who is usually there most of the time cause she was very kind to me and processing my order,but when I came to pick up today my glasses there was this uncle who is bald did not looked respecting me where he was just trying to get rid of me...asap like there is a rush and there were barely two of us..I asked him what colour is my glasses where without even checking the order he said grey and he looks like in a bit of rush...and then he called the other curly hair woman who started sounding to me being rushy too and little bad in tone the way she was talking...don't know why they were behaving like that ..had to just say bye to them... read full review

I arrived 5 minutes to closing and the manager of the vision center still helped me get a set of glasses and lenses for my 6 year old that I just found out is dealing with amblyopia. She was very sweet and patient with him while he picked a pair of glasses he liked even though it was past closing, it dies take a few days to get your order in. only taking a star away because I read online that accept Medicaid (health keepers plus) but they don’t so I had to pay out of pocket which wasn’t ideal but I would go back.

I have been purchasing glasses for my daughter at Walmart for many years and no issues. You get what you pay for, quality is acceptable, prices are very cheap. Customer service has always been good for me, had to replace them twice and no issues.
