I’ve been a long time patient but recently booking appointments is becoming a nightmare. First I booked by phone at stone springs office only to arrive and be told my appointment was actually in lansdowne 30 minutes away. Next, I booked online only to show up to a closed office and after calling and waiting to get thru to someone was told my appointment was never confirmed. So even though I booked online and it accepted the appointment, no one bothered to call me and tell me it wasn’t “confirmed” and once again I’m ill and in need of help and cannot get in to see a doctor.
