We came in for an eye exam today, and my granddaughter was very nervous going in. Bobby, who did all the pre-exam testing, was absolutely amazing. She immediately connected with her, made everything feel fun and relaxed, and completely eased her anxiety.
Bobby took the time to explain things in a way a child could understand and created such a calm, positive experience from start to finish. I’m so grateful for her kindness, patience, and genuine care. She truly made a stressful situation feel easy and safe.

I had my annual appointment today, and from the time I arrived, my experience was excellent. The ladies in the front office were friendly and efficient. Bobbie, the assistant who completed my eye exams, thoroughly explained each of them, and Dr. English arrived promptly to further evaluate my eyes. Afterwards, he reviewed the results with me , and showed me the detailed images. My appointment was concluded with two more staff members who applied my insurance for the payment, and then another who adjusted three pairs of my glasses. All of this took approximately 40-45 min. I would definitely recommend Eye Care On the Ridge.
