Went in today at around 2 pm to pickup a pair of glasses . The lady with the black hair at check in told me that I would have to wait to pickup my glasses after waiting 15 minutes for her to get off the phone instead of helping the optician give me and the other 4 customers waiting our glasses . I appreciate the doctor eventually stepping in and doing her job .

I purchased eyeglasses that I need to be functional​ in life and after more that 3 full weeks of waiting actually 18 working days not weekends I called to check on them and told order was canceled and a refund was being mailed out to me.... Now I don't have money to purchase from some others vendors very poor business not even sorry nothing basically f. U

Ordered eyeglasses waited over 3 weeks no eyeglasses they canceled and said mailing refund that don't do me any good now I got to order from somewhere else and hope money comes in mail very poor business on there part oh yeah btw I don't have the money got to wait on USPS for a check tell me that don't blow
