Knight Owl Computers provides high quality repair services to customers in the Shenandoah Valley. With years of experience, the business fixes up any computer brought to the shop. They sell new and refurbished computers and can build custom PCs to match requirements. Repair time is usually same day or next day. The owner is knowledgeable, honest, and always steers customers in the right direction for laptop decision-making. He is great to deal with, very fair on prices, and explains everything in detail. He is prompt to call or answer the phone. Service is fast, nice, and easy. Customers are happy with the free diagnostic provided. The showroom is pretty cool, featuring a life-size Ironman.
Awesome people to deal with. I had a issue in a gaming pc that I had been working with for over a year and another pc repair place that went out of business recently, so I took it to him and with in a week we knew what the issue was and had a game plan to correct it. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. All my future issues (though I wish it would be none, we all know its bound to happen) will definitely go to Anthony.
Anthony is very knowledgeable and quick to get your equipment back to you. I wouldn’t trust my computer with anyone else. I’ve used his services for several years and I am always happy with the experience and expertise.
