Just found out my trainer Ciara that I use to have when I lived in San Diego has just moved to VA and the best thing is she’s close to me again. Can’t wait to get back in that grind

This gym is definitely one of my favorites I have ever been to. The variety of equipment, the cleanliness and the staff were top notch. Ciara made my experience over the top, exceptional. Highly recommend this place.

Love this place! I can come get my workout in without being bothered but I can tell the staff are there to help with whatever I need. It's clean and has everything I need. Special shoutout to the new GM, I forget her name but she was really sweet!
