“1st time going there, I called the day before because one of my dogs was not doing well and my regular vet office was closed for the week for the holiday. The lady that answered the phone was so polite and attentive to me and worked me in the next morning (today). When I got there the ladies up front were really patient and kind to me because I was a wreck about my fur baby I really appreciated that. The vet assistant came out and was just as understanding and kind with my fur baby and myself. The vet Dr. Ritzi answered all my questions with professionalism and compassion. They made up a plan to get my sweet fur baby back to feeling better and gave me a better understanding of things- even taught me a couple things. Im so glad I choose to go there and I will be changing to this place of business with my other fur baby too. I would highly recommend this loving and amazing place to anyone. The atmosphere, facility, and professionalism of this place of business is excellent. I am truly grateful to them and for them!!“

“I dont remember who told us about Mt. Hermon Animal Medical Center, I'm happy that they did. In the summer of 2023, our cat, Thomas, had gotten badly hurt by another animal. He wouldn't come back into the house or even let us get near him. I don't really know how long it went on like this, but we did eventually get near him. He was not himself. My boyfriend picked him up... no resistance... he had wounds on the backside of his male parts. Disgusting discharge. The way he was acting and the sounds he was making told us how hurt and sick he was. We were able to get into the Animal Medical Center as an emergency appointment that very next morning. He'd had an abscess. He almost died. The Animal Medical Center gave him the necessary treatment and saved him. Because of where he'd been bitten ( yes, there were tiny bite marks all over his male parts ?), he had to be neutered. We brought him home. He improved quickly. He was like a new cat... like he was a kitten again. They've been our Vets since. I recommend everyone with pets to go there.“
