We started coming here in 2020 after some less than favorable experiences elsewhere. Dr. Seeps and his staff take good care of my pets and he doesn't shy away from uncomfortable conversations.

The veterinarian Dr. Seepe is top notch. He doesn’t over charge for services. Prices are very reasonable. The only thing that I seen unsatisfactory was Heather, she’s rude, obnoxious and downright hateful. I heard her smart off at the doctor, say she was going to charge a customer every time she called to inquire about their pet. Just unprofessional she wouldn’t get a single star. So it’s a good thing the doctor is so GREAT. Gwen is super respectful, knowledgeable and just all around pleasant. So a big thank you to the polite and professional personnel at town and country!!

I was beyond grief & decided to call around for some help. My vet wanted to send me for an ultrasound for my old cat that had a huge mass in your abdomen. So I wanted to ck around it was almost 6 they were about to close if I remember from Wed & Dr Seepe which I had never met, wasn’t a customer there took the time out & it was a lot to tell me kind a what I knew already. But the fact that this doctor took his time out to talk to me was above & beyond in my book everybody wants u to come in spend money but this dr was not like that he took the time out to talk to me and that in my book is priceless! Thank you for listening and being human and understanding my grief and my cries.

My “Moonshine” who was a mommy of 5 kittens passed away before arriving to the Vet an early morning, later on that evening “Blacky” one of her male kittens got sick and checked him right away after hours & later on that night passed away as well. I know any medicine or Dr. Seepe couldn’t save them on time but either way they made it possible for them to be seen. I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart that they would be in good hands to be cremated together and they show there condolences when paying and picking up there ashes. They cross the Rainbow 🌈 & I know there not suffering anymore. Forever love my Moonshine & Blacky ♥️🖤

Went here and they had a sign on the reception door saying something like puppies must be held so they don’t touch the floor. Ooh-kay, so they know they have a germy, contaminated floor and don’t want puppies to catch something from it. Got it. That’s honest. Yet, then I watched the vet tech filling a prescription bottle and dropping pills on—the—floor. The very floor that puppy paws are not to touch lest they lick a paw and get sick. I guess this place must operate like restaurants with the 3 second rule because she simply picked the pills up and put them back into the bottle to contaminate the entire bottle and continued counting out pills—and continued dropping them; then picking them up. Nothing in her procedure changed to prevent spillage so dropping something on the dirty floor was SOP. Kind of a mixed message I’d say given the signage on the door. Do as I say but not as I do kind of thing going on. This tech’s carelessness negated the atmosphere of honesty and care that the sign initially presented and instead demonstrated the sign as a ruse to the actual internal practices.
