Excellent customer service! I recommend Superior to anyone that needs work done. My a/c went out on a Friday evening, I called customer service and got a call back within minutes. 45 min later the defective part had been replaced and my unit was pumping out cold air again.....this being a Friday night after business hours! Could not have ask for more from a service provider. Next time you have a/c problems do yourself a favor and call Superior!!
Our heat quit working and they got someone out quickly. David came and he was great. They had to order parts but he kept us informed on everything. Once they came in he fixed it and heat has been running perfectly. Thank you David and Superior!!Service: Heating system maintenance
My wife and I moved to Milton NC knowing little to nothing on heat pumps. When it got cold we had no heat. We had run out of LPG for the emergency heat and did not fully understand why we lost heat. We were having difficulty getting gas delivered. The owner came out help us get the heat pump running to at least get us warm until we received our gas. He and his team were very professional and responsive and understood our ignorance of how the system worked. They went though everything with us so that we now understand the heat pump technology. They spent additional time explaining how to setup the thermostat properly.
