Nick Chaney was my technician and he was awesome! Knowledgeable, kind, professional. Repair for two toilets was very reasonable, and if I need further plumbing service, I’ll definitely use Roto-Rooter again.
Dominic, Travis and Brandon have done a great job helping us! We had a basement floor drain overflow with sewage. They were able to come out next day and begin clearing the blockage, damage mitigation and working on a solution to the expected issue. These guys were very competent and explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. They got all permits necessary. The prices were premium but I feel they assessed the work quickly and honestly and worked well with insurance making it worth what they delivered. They also gave us a good warranty and went above and beyond to take care of us.
Andy Dillon was my technician. He was very professional, polite, and friendly. Him and the young man that was with him came in and did a great job. It didn’t take long for them to put the thermostat in. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were very professional.
