He traveled to my home office and synced two laptops and printers. He also did what Best Buy's Geek Squad said could NOT be done. He upgraded my older Lenovo laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The Geek Squad had this laptop for three days, said the hardware would not accept the upgrade, and then sold me a new HP Windows 11 laptop.
