After an exhausting search for a computer specialist, I found Steve Barrow at Hammer Hill Computers. He was a GREAT FIND, and I highly recommend him. He traveled to my home office and synced two laptops and printers. He also did what Best Buy's Geek Squad said could NOT be done. He upgraded my older Lenovo laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The Geek Squad had this laptop for three days, said the hardware would not accept the upgrade, and then sold me a new HP Windows 11 laptop. Steve proved this was not true and upgraded my Lenovo to Windows 11 in less than two hours. He went above and beyond his service. Plus, he's very personable
Brought my computer in due to an issue with my gpu that I struggled to diagnose myself. Staff the was kind and quick to get to work on the problem. After they had my computer for a little less than a day they had the problem fixed and gave me insight on what to look out for. All things considered I recommend highly that if you have problems with your computer bring it to them.
