Full disclaimer- I am realtor in VA. I had a property in NC. I needed an agent to help me navigate the process in NC. It wasn't a property I lived in myself and it had been previously signed over to me from a family member. Why do I say all this, because it illustrates that my situation wasn't normal. I had a not so good experience with another realty group and I made some phone calls to other realtors and never heard back from them. I contacted Hauser Realty Group and immediately received a phone call back from Jimmy. He has been helping me search for property in the area. He calls me right back or sends me a message. I am so thankful to finally have a realtor who is looking out for me. Thanks Jimmy
