I just love this place. The staff is amazing. My first visit I was super nervous. I can't remember the staff name but she talked to me during the process too make me more comfortable. Now I go once a month for my self care time.

Lauren is amazing! She's quick and skilled and makes the client experience very enjoyable. She will get your brows in a great place and is the most gentle at waxing all areas of the body. The more you go, the more points you accumulate, which equal to discounted services, such as $10 off a brow shape/tint, for example. Downtown location on Lynn Street also convenient and there's always street parking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

This girl is super sweet and attentive to detail. She takes her time and makes sure all the hair is gone. My first time getting waxed (I did a Brazilian) and was super nervous but she did it and it wasn't painful.. and a week later the area is so smooth. I went back yesterday and got legs and armpits done and once again... I had the most amazing experience. She's super attentive and super sweet! My legs feel smooth! And I'm literally never shaving again lol!
