While I have had many years of care at the LewisGale Physicians at Braeburn Drive in Salem, this was my first experience at the Daleville location. I was able to schedule my appointment via computer and the process was quick, easy and allowed me to select a date/time that was convenient as well as timely for my particular medical concern. I did arrive early to complete forms, but the overall check-in process was fairly speedy. The Front Desk staff were courteous and helpful to me. The nurse I was assigned during my visit provided excellent care and ensured proper follow up. My provider, Dr. Voekler, was outstanding! Careful attention was given to obtaining an accurate (and thorough) history from me and she listened thoughtfully to all of the information I provided. Dr. Voekler did great explaining the differential diagnosis and including me with the development of the treatment plan. I also thought she provided excellent patient teaching regarding my particular issue. My immediate concern required a referral to a different specialty/location and Dr. Voekler and her staff ensured a very timely referral. All in all, I had a very positive patient care experience at the LGP-Daleville location and highly recommend Dr. Voekler.
Dr Carla Foster is excellent at listening ? and understanding. I’m Greatful for her care. As I have complicated medical needs. As a military Veteran She has cared for me above ⬆️ any other . Highly recommended
Went to Lewis Gale Cardiology in Salem. Saw Alisha Lipes. She was very professional and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone. My wait time was very short and everyone at the office was great. Paul Moran
