I have been using this practice since it has opened. I will be on my 4th physician on my next appointment. The office staff and nurses and doctors are great. I just wish that they could hold onto the medical staff.

I’m not too sure how to spell his name, Caleb, one of the receptionist I believe but he is ALWAYS super super helpful everytime I call and have any questions or concerns regarding my client. He has some of the best phone customer service I have ever seen!

Be aware of excessive billing. We have been going here for over 15 years and have always been happy until recently. At our last visit with my boys for their annual physicals, we saw a new physician. We had a 10 second conversation asking for a refill on an existing prescription for one son and a 20 second conversation about a new prescription for my other son. I had additional charges for both conversations and they were coded as separate evaluations that lasted 20-29 minutes. The conversations were literally each under a minute, but I am being charged for additional visits.
