I have been a patient for years and have always found the staff to be concerned for my welfare, thorough and professional, and provided me with the best care possible. The only reason it's not five stars is because of the phone and appointment wait time.
Haven't even made my first visit yet and the appointment I made with Elizabeth Sullivan gets changed to another doctor with no notice on their end. I got notified by a text literally less than a week from my appointment. I specifically told whoever it was I was speaking with when setting up the appointment that I wanted my wife and I to have the same primary care physician. Not off to a very great start already.
