I recently saw Tiffany at Scarlett and Sage (the Culpeper location) and was amazed at how well my color and cut came out. I’m a natural brunette but color my hair jet black, and I struggle to find vibrancy and the “blue” undertone i ask for-but Tiffany nails it every time! Same with my long layers.The ambiance of the salon was the cutest, everyone was friendly and the location is so convenient.

Absolutely loved my first experience at this salon! It is a bit loud and chaotic for me, but everyone was very kind and professional. Alana did an amazing job on my hair! I also scheduled an appt for a trim for my boyfriend who has long curly hair & Gabby, who specializes in curly hair, did a great job. 10/10 would recommend :)

I’ve found my new spot! I’ve been trying to find the right hair dresser since we moved states 3 years ago. Finally, someone who understood curly, long, thick, hair, Gabby was awesome and so talented! I received the best hair cut I’ve ever had! Thank you! Can’t wait to come back ?Services: Blowouts
