“We have a house full of Springer Spaniels & anyone who has ever had a Springer knows that their hair alone is a full time job. We’ve been with Doggy Clipps since the older 3 were just puppies. Then we ended up with 10 SS puppies and kept two and the amazing girls from Doggy Clipps now groom them as well. We’ve had Michele, Laura and Taylor and I can’t say enough good things about all of them. They’re so friendly, sweet, patient, caring and they are pure of heart dog people! Now you’d expect groomers to be dog people but I’ll just say I have seen otherwise so rest assured, these ladies can calm even the most nervous pup. Our littlest girl is a bit of a nervous wreck after some surgical complications which meant getting in the car several times and now she associates her harness and getting in a vehicle with going to the vet to get poked and prodded. Taylor let me sit in the van and hold Valley while she patiently and sweetly took baby steps to make her feel safe and comfortable. No matter how hectic our house is or how unprepared I am when they arrive, they’re always happy to chat and play with the pups while I try to get one of the dogs ready to go to the van. And the dogs are always so happy to see their friends coming to groom them. Also, Dylan is very kind and quick to respond and try to get us in with our schedule. I can’t say enough about this wonderful group of people! Pictured below is our most recently groomed pup, not only does he look adorable but you can tell he feels great! ??“

“I feel at ease leaving my babies here when I'm traveling. All of the staff is great with my dogs, they instantly remember them when we come in and it makes for an easy drop off. We use the suite they offer which is perfect for more nervous or shy dogs.

I think their prices are fair and I don't feel like I'm being nickel and dimed just so my dogs will have a good experience like some of the other facilities have made me feel.

It's a shame that a few bad eggs have been able to drive down the rating for Mountain Run, but take it with a grain of salt. The facility is great, the staff is awesome, and it's a wonderful place to board your babies.“
