I had a great experience with Dataman Computer Works, and especially with Michael. I brought my PC in with a frustrating hardware issue, and even though we ultimately weren’t able to fully resolve the problem, Michael went above and beyond trying.

He was attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me figure it out. You can tell he’s extremely knowledgeable, but what stood out most was how professional and empathetic he was the whole time. He spent many hours troubleshooting and never made me feel rushed or brushed off.
