I had rotator cuff surgery six months ago. I have been struggling with my range of motion for six months. I've done everything out there to try to get improvement and everything was a brick wall. I've had one session at Tensegrity and got substantial improvement in my range of motion the day after. Words cannot express how thankful I am!
I don't usually give out 5 star reviews after a one time experience and without the ability to compare that experience with a competitor or similar business. However, after my session I knew I received top tier service. I enjoyed the massage from Kal Savage, she was very knowledgeable and told me about some issues I had and offered good easy solutions. After my session was done I felt great and hip pain that I would have from squatting down was gone immediately after which was not why I went in (great unintended benefit). I will definitely be going back regularly.
