My husband and myself decided to redo our kitchen DIY style. The team at Banks was very patient with us and helping us select everything and let us take countless samples home. They helped to guide us to the right products to give us a good quality outcome and our kitchen turned out amazing.
I’m blown away by my experience every time I visit Banks Floor and Decor. The way the products, price and service were presented to me made me feel confident in making decisions. I appreciate the level of genuine care and insight that receive. I felt really comfortable sharing my thoughts and I know I’m heard here. I find that Marissa is truly talented in designing spaces to support the people and the purpose. I am thrilled to see the new paint shop right there and have always appreciated their expertise when it comes to flooring. I was able to gather all of my finishes from one location! AND it’s not a box store! Yay!
Roy and his team have been installing carpet and vinyl at the apartment complex I manage for quite a few years. We have been extremely happy with the quality of service and product in which they provide. Roy and his staff are wonderful to work with and always promptly respond to our needs. I decided, because of the great service they provide, to use them for new carpet and blinds in my home and the outcome was as equally positive. All around, an awesome company!
