The ladies at Merle Norman helped this pandemic bride out on short notice! My wedding was 4 days away (July) and I couldn't find anyone for manicure pedi, waxing, and facial. I messaged the studio and told them my situation and they came through! They were so professional and had me ready to go for my wedding day. They were truly life savers for this stressed bride. I had 4 different ladies working on me and they were all wonderful.

I really enjoyed the massage Courtney gave. Very relaxing and professional. I highly recommend her. Lu did my hair. I highly recommend her! Such attention to detail! I have long hair and this was nice!

My sister and I went and had my daughters ears pierced here. We scheduled an appointment and got there about 15 minutes early. Upon arrival, the woman who was supposed to pierce my daughters ears was in the process of ringing out a VERY large order of products from two costumers. We walked around the store a bit and browsed while she checked them out as they asked questions about products and she answered them all with a lot of knowledge about each product. You could tell that the woman really enjoyed her job and ensuring those two women got exactly what they wanted. I did not mind the wait time at all. The ear piercing was as expected. She gave me great tips for cleaning and the piercings are healing well. Overall, a great experience.
