We visited the Chester location and Natasha was incredible with my son! She worked with us and it was great start to finish! Also, the facility was very clean and had toys/TVs to keep kids entertained!
Natasha is a blessing! I have a 3 year old who absolutely hates haircuts, and I’ve been going here since he was 1 1/2 because there is no one else anywhere that can make him feel more comfortable, as well as the myself with cutting his hair. At an absolute fair price at that! Nice clean environment and great location! I could not ask for a more caring person to take of my child’s hair. She is patient and reliable at that! It was our first time here and my sons first haircut. He just turned 2 and is super in “stranger danger” phase. Natasha was so patient with him and so willing to help me calm him down and distract him while she was cutting his hair. She was personable and so sweet with my son who was crying non stop and at some point did scream. I was having huge anxiety but she made me feel calm, and at ease because she was so calm with my son. Thank you Natasha! and thank you for giving my son exactly what we wanted for his haircut! we will be back!
