Ever been to a doctor that hears one small thing and runs with it? Don’t take the time to hear the whole picture? That was my experience with Dr. Amin. She doesn’t care about her patients just getting paid and her ego. She wouldn’t take the time to hear all of my concerns after I brought them up over and over. She continued to shut me down and act like I wasn’t smart enough to know what I was talking about, WITH MY OWN BODY! I have never felt so dismissed by a doctor in my life. I wouldn’t suggest going to her, she will not search for the real problem. This is just a job for her and you can tell. I only got the help I needed because I got sent to physical therapy and they took the time to figure out what was actually wrong. When I returned back to her office for my finial visit I tried informed her the work my physical therapist and I achieved and again she shut me down and told me they were incorrect in their diagnosis and she was still correct. Although they fixed my issue. If it was up to Dr.Amin to fix me I’d still be screwed thank for the work from pt . However Extremely disappointed and will never return to Dr.Amin

I have very mixed feelings about this place. The PTs were very nice and helpful. Being under Dr. Kulluri's care was a nightmare. He was incredibly dismissive and didn't explain anything when I had a disc bulge and needed an injection. Dr. Snyder had to pick up the ball and go over everything with me before the injection. He was wonderful, and so were the nurses with him. I just can't give the place more than a 3 with my experience with Dr. Kulluri. I felt disregarded and disrespected in a way I haven't since doctors dismissed my pain in my 20s. Other reviews for him are glowing, which makes it feel personal too. His behavior is the reason I don't go to the doctor until I can't take it anymore.

This is a well-run, organized, and considerate medical practice. I am seen very close to my appointment times and the staff are all gracious and very welcoming.The appointment line is well staffed. I don't get put on hold and making appointments is easy. Jennifer at the appointment line is very helpful.I see Dr. Patel, and I highly recommend him to anyone with knee issues.

This is a review I started on 7/23/2019 but never posted it...IDK why because this place sucks!If I could leave zero stars I would. Today will be the last time I come to this facility. Let's start by saying that on June, 24 2019 I turned in FMLA paperwork. They said "it should be ready no later than 7 days." Ok cool no problem, however one week turned into 2 weeks and 2 weeks turned into 3 weeks. I called MULTIPLE times a week and left numerous messages but NO ONE corresponded with me, not once. So, I took a little trip up there to speak with someone directly. They searched and searched for my paperwork but nothing. They said that they see in the system where it says it was accepted but they just couldn't find them. My FMLA got denied and I was terminated from my company due to this negligence. At 8:30 I had an appointment but showed up at 8:20. I was checked in and sat until 9:16 when I was finally called back. Mind you, there was only 3 people in the waiting room so there is absolutely no reason for this. Here it is 10:00 and I am still sitting in this room waiting for the doctor. If he's not in here by the time I get done with this review I will get up and walk out of here. The only reason why I need to stay is to try to fix this mess they have caused with my FMLA paperwork and my employer. I'm tired of dealing with these people in here.

People were very nice went there for a COVID test was in and out was there maybe a half hour between check in And the test but the nurses were really nice that was the 2nd time going there and will go back

I took my son to first appointment for major surgery for his back. The Dr said that someone will call me to schedule the surgery. No one ever called. After a couple of weeks, I called back and a helpful clerical man worked hard to find out what was going on. Towards the end of the call, he told me he had the number to the Dr and that I should called. I told him that it wasn’t the same Dr’s name that told me he was doing the surgery. I told him since they said they would call me for him to get in touch with the right people and have them call me. He agreed. I received a call back from a Dr and he said that he was doing my sons surgery. I mentioned the original Dr and he said in an oh yeah way that they would perform it together. We chose a date, and then I was connect to another clerical woman who said that my insurance needed my son to take another X-ray. She told me that she would call me back and never did. It’s been over a month since the run around started at my sons appointment when the Dr told me I would be contacted shortly. I’m going to call back today and ask about what happened to call back for X-ray location.
