I was a new patient. They took me in right away did x-rays… then the doctor checked my mouth he had to get a deep cleaning i wait almost a full hour just for him to do that. Then they had to check my insurance to see if my insurance covered it then i had to wait another hour.. he apologized then started to do my cleaning… i felt like someone with a drill was destroying my mouth… he did a good job but Jesus cries slow down. I understand your guys are behind but schedule out the appointment correctly don’t over book… I will continue to go there for now… i just hope it gets better the staff were nice…. I was super nervous, because I have a fear of the dentist . They were super patient with me. Answering my questions and was very informative. Made my experience nice

My first appointment and contrary to all the reviews everyone was extremely pleasant and informative, making sure I understood everything. Everything flowed smoothly and was done in a timely manner! Definitely set a great first impression
