did my 10th bjj class last night! if youve ever thought about trying a martial art Tri cities is so welcoming! i love it here so much thank you Barry and all of the instructors!💕 2 weeks has already made such a difference in my life and confidence!
If you wanna learn mix martial art in this area. This is the place to go. I attended there 3 months mostly Muay Tai boxing classes and I really enjoy it the people there and the coaches. Everybody was very welcoming and very helpful and patient. Big respect to coach OG and coach Chris.
We cannot say enough amazing things about Tri Cities Jiu Jitsu Club. From the very first day my little girl walked through their doors, she was welcomed with patience, kindness, and genuine encouragement. The instructors truly see each child as an individual, and they go above and beyond to make sure every student feels supported and capable.
My daughter has ADHD, and finding activities where she feels confident and successful hasn’t always been easy. But the team at Tri Cities Jiu Jitsu Club has been nothing short of incredible.
