I got my toe nail polish changed, got a fill in and was about to get my eyebrows tinted when I reached up to adjust my clothes and my BLACK nail polish came off on my New outfit. Every technician in there argued with me that it was my fault. No apology…nothing. I told them exactly how I felt and they were rude and unprofessional. I’m telling everyone I know about this negative experience. I wouldn’t patronize them if I were you.

The customer service was good. The service provided was not good. I asked for a gel polish change. I do know I need a manicure but I did not expect the cuticles to be painted as well. I asked why were the cuticles painted how do I get it off. The response was you should have got a manicure. My nails were done Saturday at 1pm this picture is 7 hours later on the same day Saturday at 8pm. Needless to say I am not pleased with the outcome especially being charged $25.
My toenail color was also changed by a different nail tech and that turned out way better.

Listening skills are needed at this establishment! Tech didn't care about my desired nail shape and did their own thing. I asked for a specific design and got two clashing colors (two different golds, lines not straight). On the pedicure, older lady cut my skin several times with cuticle cutter. ALL of the tools she used looked unsanitary; I remember this salon opening a fresh pack of sanitized tools every time. What changed?! That was the main reason I liked the place...it had felt safe...now it doesn't.
