Honesty, didn’t encounter any issues.Not many cost effective dry cleaning options in RVA region so was somewhat pleased to discover Johnson’s. Good hours and piece to have button shirt(s) cleaned is on par with zips.Suit prices are a different story, but I understand they have to churn out a revenue.

Somehow there was a mix-up in the time I asked for my items to be ready. I asked for same day but that almost did not happen. I brought in 2 shirts and a 2 piece suit. The shirts were done, but I was told my suit would be next day. I explained it was needed for a function that I was attending at 6 and that it was needed today. They corrected the problem and had me completely finished by 5 and offered me a credit for my return. Thank you Johnsons Cleaners for taking the steps in making this right and going beyond to keep my business.
