Jason came out to give me an estimate to resolve my heat pump disaster. He told me what was needed. He also passes on a lot of info about what is needed. Impressed with his knowledge. Would definitely hire his company.
Michael was my technician and he was amazing! Not trying to over use that word, but seriously. Knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything to me. I have no background in HVAC and after listening to him and the way he broke down each system & part related to my repairs, I felt well informed on how my unit work & can repeat back and explain to someone else. He also was so respectful of my home. He immediately offered to take his shoes off before walking on the carpet, just sweet & easy to talk to. Plus, he got the job done right & fast.
