After my new unit was installed, it wasn't working correctly. I contacted Incredible HVAC and they fixed it promptly without any hassle. Turns out it was a manufacturing defect.
Jason came out to give me an estimate to resolve my heat pump disaster. He told me what was needed. He also passes on a lot of info about what is needed. Impressed with his knowledge. Would definitely hire his company.
