I have been a long time patient at Complexions. I lived in Danville and recently moved to RVA. I needed to find new doctors and began going to the Colonial Heights office. All the staff are extremely nice and cordial at both offices. I highly recommend Dr.Robinson and his staff.
I have never been to a dermatologist before today… let me tell you … from the front office ladies that not only held my hand from the phone calls … through my visit today. Lori Wood was simply awesome … took her time with me … was straight forward yet gentle… then the after visit standing back with the ladies up front they were so caring and full of answers for my questions.. I went to Colonial Heights today- and I would recommend the entire staff to anyone who needs a dermatologist… such a comfortable place… clean too -those that know me .. The office is conveniently located in colonial heights. The office is clean the staff are welcoming and well organized. My provider is Melissa, she listens is knowledgeable and talks about your care plan with you so you’re included not talking at you. I’ve been dealing with something quite stressful and I feel like I’m in good hands. Do give them a try if you are in need of dermatological services.
