AMAZING EXPERIENCE....These are Honest people and an honest buisness...took my car to get a remote car start(xmas gift all paid for and equitment bought from Audio Express). Dropped it off and got a call a short time later saying my vehicle already had one installed. They fully refunded my money. They easily could have kept the new equitment said they installed it and called it a day, I wouldnt have known any different. Thankfully there are still some honest people in this world. 10 out 10 for.sure!!!!

I had a single 12" and 4 door speakers installed. Getting an appointment was easy. Dropped my car off and it was done in 4.5 hours. Everything seems to be done correctly and is EXACTLY what I wanted! I was told that if I did have any issues, I could bring it back to be addressed. Thanks guys!
