I've been going here for concussion physical therapy (a thing that I didn't know existed until 3 concussions have happened in a calendar year!), and I love the staff. Everyone is so friendly. Lindsey and Nick are fantastic and have helped with concussion education and exercises to support the physical and visual impacts of my injury. Ms. Sandy is so kind and makes walking in the door such a joy.
I must say that Sheltering Arms is the BEST rehab center ever! When I first came in I couldn’t do anything but Lisa Berman, Marilyn Hekrdle and Nathan Sulkin in Chester Virginia took very care of me and I recommend if you’re injured please do your rehab with these guys and last but not least the Patient Access Representative Sandi Jarrett is just amazing! Her warm smile when you enter make you feel so comfortable to begin your workout. I give this rehab facility a 10 out of 10! IM VERY SATISFIED ❤️?
Everyone is just so extremely friendly, courteous and professional, especially Sandy and Nick, whom I had the most contact with. This PT location was recommended by a friend and I am so happy and thankful I came here.
