Our family had a wonderful experience with Westmoreland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. My loved one was admitted for skilled care through the OrthoWin program, and the level of nursing and therapy support exceeded our expectations. The staff worked as a true team and provided focused, individualized care that helped with a smooth and successful recovery.
What stood out most was the leadership. Both the Administrator and the Director of Nursing were present, engaged, and clearly committed to high standards of care. That involvement made a huge difference and gave us peace of mind as a family. The facility is very clean, bright, and well maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the building is positive and uplifting.
Everyone we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Westmoreland is a place where residents are treated with respect and families feel welcomed and informed. I would confidently recommend this center to anyone needing skilled rehabilitation services.
