Dr. Richard Walker very handsome, friendly, & professional!!! Optical Center staff -ladies- unacknowledged, unfriendly, unprofessional, & rushed!!! Optical Center taking a hour lunch daily WHY??? They operate separately from Eye Center & that doesn't make sense... Optical Center never answers there phone or returns voicemails & always posting there day to day operations... Lab place that produces glasses is very low quality & not the best of materials just a company pushing out glasses without quality just quantity...

Doctor was great! The person checking me in was great. The time I had to wait takes that score down considerably. A wait time of 40 minutes is not acceptable. I was on time, even early and not counting the early arrival time. Oh, also their air freshener throughout was overwhelming and actually got in my hair and my clothes.
