I had a horrible experience with ServePro in Kingsport TN it took them three months to come out and look at the water damage where my dishwasher leaked in my kitchen and went into the downstairs living room and flooded some of my carpet, ceiling, walls. Then they wouldn’t come back to fix it and didn’t have the courtesy to call me but told the State Farm claims adjuster. They said they had no one in this area to do the restoration/construction. The lady was very rude when I spoke to her everytime.
