Don was very professional and polite! I had fleas from a pet and he guaranteed they would be gone with just one treatment not several. His price was very reasonable compared to other company's and he cared when I expressed my concern for my 2 girls that were getting bites. Rustic Roots had me hooked from my first visit! I literally can’t wait to go and visit the gals and enjoy myself while being pampered! I enjoy my lash sessions and hair appointments. My boys and hubby also get their hair cuts here. It’s a family affair for us. I have them as a line item on my budget and there is no turning back now ?♀️?❤️ Favorite things are the 10 minute root touch ups that has me in and out styled and ready in 1 hour (Destiny is your girl for this one!) Chassidy does the best boy cuts and can do my 2 littles and husband in 20 minutes total! No joke, it’s a hair miracle! And Haylee takes care of my Brazilian blowouts for me! All the while, having a blast ? Thank you Rustic Roots for having this amazing shop in Coeburn for us!
We had a water leak from a toilet and had a huge mess with water everywhere on the floors and going through the floors under my house. Brad and his crew were on the job immediately and got all of the mess hauled away and things dried out. They worked with my insurance company to get everything lined out, to get things cleaned up, items moved, floors replaced, and walls repaired and painted. Extremely helpful on their advice, telling me what was going to happen, and when it was going to happen. They have kept their word on everything they have told me. It was been an aggravating experience in terms of having an accident happen but Brad and his crew have been the bright spot about the whole situation. I highly recommend them!!
